Terms of Service
These terms govern use of G2V Email Verifier, including its website, dashboard, API, and bulk tools.
1. Service provider
The service is operated by LoveMedia Foundation NPC, registration number 2024/122569/08, 24–25 Marseilles CT, Briardene, Durban, South Africa, 4001. Contact: support@g2v.org.
2. Account eligibility and security
You must provide accurate information, confirm an email address you control, keep credentials confidential, and promptly revoke exposed API keys. You are responsible for activity performed with your account or keys. Automated registrations, shared accounts intended to evade limits, and account resale are prohibited.
3. Free allowance
Each active account receives 50 verification credits per UTC calendar month. A submitted address uses one credit when a result is completed, including invalid or risky results. A technical provider or platform failure is not charged. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, do not roll over, and may not be pooled through duplicate accounts. We may change future allowances with reasonable notice.
4. Acceptable use
You may verify addresses only where you have a lawful basis to process them. You may not use the service for spam, phishing, harassment, unlawful surveillance, credential abuse, list harvesting, circumventing consent rules, testing addresses obtained unlawfully, attacking infrastructure, reverse engineering, reselling unmodified access, or violating privacy, direct-marketing, sanctions, or consumer laws.
5. API and bulk processing
You must follow documented formats, file limits, rate limits, and security instructions. Bulk jobs are queued and completion times vary with list size and provider capacity. We may throttle or suspend activity that threatens reliability or appears abusive.
6. Verification limitations
Results are risk signals, not guarantees. A safe verdict does not promise delivery, engagement, identity, consent, or future mailbox availability. Catch-all systems, greylisting, provider policy, temporary failures, and mailbox changes can affect results. You remain responsible for mailing decisions and legal compliance.
7. Availability and changes
The service is supplied on an as-available basis. We may maintain, update, replace, restrict, or discontinue features to preserve security, legality, provider compatibility, or reliability. We do not promise uninterrupted operation.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts for fraud, limit evasion, security threats, unlawful use, breach of these terms, or material risk to the service or third parties. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion, subject to lawful retention duties.
9. Intellectual property
The service, branding, interface, documentation, and software remain owned by or licensed to LoveMedia Foundation NPC. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service as documented.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, rejected campaigns, delivery outcomes, lost data, or decisions based on verification results. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by South African law. Applicable consumer and privacy protections remain unaffected. Parties should first attempt good-faith resolution through support before formal proceedings.
12. Changes and contact
Updated terms will be published here with a revised effective date. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Questions may be sent to support@g2v.org.
